摘要: Summary form only given. Both natural and artificial structures consisting of particles with size in the optical wavelength range are interest since their properties can be controlled by choosing a suitable type, mutual disposition these particles, when formed solids. We present novel approach to such structures. This is based on liquid-liquid phase separation glasses resulting formation glassy microspheres narrow distribution index different from that matrix into which they embedded. The flexibility glass compositions possibility vary control composition those thermal temporal conditions make this promising one for photonic structures, e.g., microresonators.
