摘要: Abstract Platinum, gold and silver are lost from solution by the filtration procedure usually followed in pre-analytical treatment of resuspended ashed or acid-digested plant tissues. Sorption losses however, may be reduced presence other cations filtrate. Low concentration solutions (1–10 ng ml −1 ) cannot stored borosilicate glass containers for more than 48 hours, even with acidification. Synthetic data this study suggest that some published values these precious metals have underestimated tissue concentrations.
