Complete 1H and 13C resonance assignment of 27‐norurs‐13‐en‐3β‐acetyloxy‐28‐oic acid by NMR spectroscopy

摘要: The first NMR study of a 27-nortriterpene the α-amyrin type is described. In addition to conventional 1D methods, 2D shift-correlated techniques (DQF COSY, TOCSY, HMQC and HMBC) were used for complete 1H 13C resonance assignments 27-norurs-13-en-3-acetyloxy-28-oic acid.
