Effect of fabrication parameters on the electrical conductivity of YxSr1−xTiO3 for anode materials

摘要: Abstract Yttrium-doped strontium titanate (YxSr1−xTiO3), as probable anode material for SOFC, was prepared by solid-state reaction. The solubility of yttrium in SrTiO3 at different temperatures examined and the electrical conductivities YxSr1−xTiO3 were measured from 500 to 1000 °C. effects doping amount, fabrication atmosphere, sintering temperature on conductivity investigated. with x = 0.08 found give maximum conductivity, 71 S/cm 800 °C pure hydrogen. Reducing atmospheres appropriate play a positive role improving conductivity.
