摘要: An interstitial constriction located on the long arm of rye chromosome 5R (5RL) shows neocentromeric activity at meiosis. In some meiocytes this region is strongly stretched orienting with true centromere to opposite poles metaphase I, and keeping sister chromatid cohesion anaphase I. We found previously that frequency neocentric varied dramatically in different generations suggesting effect environmental factors. Here we studied behavior 5RL neocentromere mono- ditelosomic 5RL, mono-, disomic wheat-rye addition lines, untreated treated an organophosphate pesticide. The plants form neocentromeres about 4.5-fold increased compared ones, demonstrating pesticide promotes activity. was activated irrespectively pairing configuration or presence a complete truncated centromere. Fluorescence situ hybridization (FISH) 2 repetitive sequences (UCM600 pSc119.2) present showed kinetic several locations within region. Immunostaining anti-α-tubulin have abnormal spindles 46% I cells, indicating disturbances spindle formation might promote activation.
