摘要: This study deals with turbulent oscillatory boundary-layer flows over both smooth and rough beds. The free-stream flow is a purely oscillating sinusoidal velocity variation. Mean turbulence properties were measured mainly in two directions, namely the streamwise direction perpendicular to bed.
