摘要: Abstract Two new reactions in the final stages of blood coagulation that involve fibrin stabilizing factor plasma are described. The is first activated by thrombin presence calcium ions. thrombin-activated form can then exert its polymerizing effect on and lead to formation a clot which insoluble 1% monochloroacetic acid thus resembles normal clot. Calcium ions essential also for polymerization reaction.
