摘要: Transient receptor potential (TRP) channels are a ubiquitously expressed multi-family group of cation that critical to signaling events in many tissues. Their roles have been documented physiologic and pathologic conditions. Nevertheless, direct studies their maintain barrier function endothelial epithelia relatively infrequent. This seems somewhat surprising considering calcium ion concentrations known regulate function. short review provides an introduction TRP reviews some the work which investigators directly studied role permeability electric current, solute, or leukocytes during inflammatory response.
