摘要: The porosity in porous silicon was characterized using hyperpolarized (HP) xenon as a probe. HP under conditions of continuous flow allows for the rapid acquisition NMR spectra that can be used to characterize variety materials. Two-dimensional exchange spectroscopy (EXSY) (129)Xe experiments were performed obtain pathways and rates mobility between pores different dimensions within structure gas phase above sample. Pore sizes are estimated from chemical shift information model pore geometry is presented.
