Phenotyping of Clinical Time Series with LSTM Recurrent Neural Networks.

摘要: We present a novel application of LSTM recurrent neural networks to multilabel classification diagnoses given variable-length time series clinical measurements. Our method outperforms strong baseline on variety metrics.
