摘要: This chapter presents research on a model of reflective mentoring developed and implemented as way enhancing interpersonal relationships between pre service mentor teachers involved in longitudinal school-based professional experience. The process (Dyson, 2002) was an alternative to the more traditional forms supervision, which tend involve power relationship student teacher is monitored assessed by experienced or university lecturer.
