摘要: Rapid, saturable, specific and stereoselective binding of L-dopa to crude membranes purified nuclei from rodent amelanotic melanoma cells is reported. Cross-linking [3H]dopa cell surface emphasized proteins approx. 55, 30, 25 less than 20 kDa. It suggested that these sites may regulate melanocyte activity.
