摘要: Although discovered more than 40 years ago, CA 19-9 still remains the standard serum biomarker for pancreatic cancer. However, recent technological advances in DNA and RNA sequencing, as well proteomics, have enabled identification of many promising diagnostic, prognostic predictive biomarkers precise clinical management. At tissue level, testing microsatellite instability-high (MSI-high)/deficient mismatch repair (dMMR) BRCA1/2 mutations recently been approved therapy selection. By integrating omics data it may be possible to gain a comprehensive view gene mutations, transcriptional abnormalities impact they on proteome. Such an integrated approach better identify crucial molecules involved cancer development progression, help generate new class “proteogenomic” biomarkers. In this chapter, we focus progress utility
