摘要: Purpose: A novel technique was developed to measure tear evaporation and monitor its variation with respect time, for the studying of ocular physiology based on dynamic functional infrared thermography first law thermodynamics using measured surface temperatures (OSTs). This is a noninvasive, noncontact temperature measuring method that widely applied in field biomedicine. Methods: simple thermal data proposed rate evaporation. The OST 60 normal subjects were recorded form sequential images. For each sequence, region selected warped standard form. Thermal within regions processed, basis derive rate. Results: elder (aged above 35), determined be 55.82 Wm − 2 younger subjects, 58.9 . corneal found statistically ( p 0.11 ) larger than their counterparts. blinking observed related Conclusions: authors have sequence thermographic interest at same all images into Calculations performed those obtain values interest. age groups 57.36 ± 12.73 higher subjects. fluctuated magnitude who blinked more average.
