摘要: Because of the high diversity hydrocarbons, degradation each class these compounds is activated by a specific enzyme. However, most other downstream enzymes necessary for complete hydrocarbons maybe common between different hydrocarbons. The genes encoding proteins including required uptake molecules, enzyme used initial activation molecules and degrading are usually arranged as an operon. Although corresponding in many phylogenetic groups microbial species show levels terms gene sequence, organisation genome or on plasmids mode (inductive constitutive), some organisms identical hydrocarbon-degrading genes, probably result horizontal transfer microorganisms.
