摘要: A two-stage enzymatic hydrolysis method, in which phospholipase A1 (PLA1) was added after A2 (PLA2) for a certain time, successfully carried out to prepare glycerylphosphorylcholine (GPC) from soybean concentrated phospholipid. Effects of reaction variables on were optimized using response surface methodology, and the optimal conditions as follows: PLA2 load 1.25%, PLA1 0.70%, substrate concentration 13%, temperature 41°C, stirring rate 680 rpm. Under conditions, GPC yield reached 83.07%, is close predicted value by fitted model. This paper not only provides an efficient low-cost method GPC, but also improves high-value utilization
