摘要: A total of 107 patients were included in the study to determine effects different doses intranasal calcitonin on bone mineral density and fracture risk postmenopausal osteoporosis. Patients randomly divided into three groups. All groups given 1000 mg/day calcium vitamin D adequate doses. Two groups, exception being placebo group, also either 50 IU or 100 calcitonin. The data 81 who completed 24 months regular treatment controls evaluated. When compared, both superior group regarding increase decrease rate.
