摘要: The control of information systems (IS) activities has an extensive research history, ranging from early views on the management development projects to more recent examinations technology outsourcing. Using a structured methodology, 48 control-related articles range IS journals are examined and individually coded. Based patterns emerging literature, comprehensive framework is presented. study’s findings reveal opportunities for future research, including use wider methodologies epistemologies, expanded focus beyond project level controls, creation innovative conceptualizations that better reflect realities in today’s organizations.
