摘要: Fuzzy cellular neural networks (FCNNs) are special kinds of (CNNs). Each cell in an FCNN contains fuzzy operating abilities. The entire network is governed by computing laws. design FCNNs based on local rules. In this paper, a linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach for synchronization control with mixed delays investigated. Mixed include discrete time-varying and unbounded distributed delays.
