摘要: Quantification of the porous nature a flat filter medium can be accomplished in variety ways. However, some commonly used methods are either inadequate or irrelevant. For example, incremental porosimetry does not produce pore size distributions that related to performance. This paper presents method for determining types constriction frequency more directly applicable filtration and flow-through processes. A recommended procedure air permeability is shown both predicting resistance fabric flow comparing different fabrics. An extended test methodology described give better quantification resistance.
