摘要: Abstract In this report we will show the changes of band shape hydroxyl group (SiOH) infrared (IR) absorption (∼3670 cm −1 ) in silica glass induced by lowering temperature range from 290 to 20 K. This is considered as overlap several spectral components associated vibrational activity groups different bond configurations. By a suitable analysis experimental profile terms sub-bands, studied thermal evolution each component and reconsidered their assignations. For comparison examined SiOD (∼2710 cm function well. Our data can be interpreted an evidence conversion process free into H(D)-bonded SiOH(D) groups. Moreover, estimated ratio between molar extinction coefficients two main species involved finding that appreciably influenced isotopic exchange.
