摘要: Introduction The present study aimed to evaluate the short- and mid-term outcomes of laparoscopic colon-first staged resection for colorectal cancer (CRC) liver metastases (CRCLM). Methods This included patients with metastatic CRC who underwent surgical primary tumor CRCLM between June 2013 December 2018. Data collection baseline patient's features, perioperative histopathologic from both procedures, oncologic follow-up. Results Twenty-five were eligible study. Three major 22 minor resections performed following surgery. Five required conversion laparotomy during resection, but no was needed procedures. rate severe intraoperative complications (CLASSIC grade III-IV) 8% 16% respectively. (12%) developed postoperative (Clavien-Dindo > III) after interventions, including one death due bleeding. During a median follow-up 30 months, 15 diagnosed disease recurrence. 3-year disease-free survival overall 33.3% 73.9%, Conclusions Laparoscopic is safe, feasible, offers acceptable midterm oncological in cancer.
