摘要: Until three years ago, little was known about macromolecules which bound androgens in the testis, although physiologists and reproductive biologists had been investigating androgen-dependent aspects of spermatogenesis for some time ±, see (1) review. Since that it has become clear there are two types androphilic testis. The first to be described, termed androgen binding protein or ABP, found high concentration rete testis fluid transported from into epididymis (2–6). ABP-androgen complex have a rapid dissociation rate with t1/2 3 min3 (7). second androphile, demonstrated by vivo injection H-testosterone, characteristics an intracellular receptor — slow rate, heat instability, 6–8S sedimentation coefficient (8).
