摘要: Improving performance of software, web sites and services is a holy grail software industry. A new approach the implementation Poka-Yoke method in engineering proposed. mistake proofing technique used product design. We are proposing HQLS: for high quality large scale development this paper. The effectiveness was evaluated using case study: redesign mini-project given to six groups students with both quantitative qualitative evaluation done. Our proposed demonstrated usability goals. results showed that implementing improves process. Improved UGAM IOI scores linearity justified implementation. findings recommend usage techniques overall performance. main aim reduce errors
