摘要: Silanization bases on the adsorption, selfassembly and covalent binding of silane molecules onto surfaces, resulting in a densely packed self-assembled monolayer (SAM). Following standard recipes, however, quality is often variable therefore unsatisfactory. The process self-assembly highly affected by chemicals involved wet-chemical process, ambient parameters during preparation such as humidity or temperature possibly present contaminants (or impurities). Here, we reliable, efficient, recipe for ultra-smooth, ordered alkylterminated SAMs Si wafers.
