摘要: Abstract Results are presented of field measurements mean wind speed and the three components turbulence intensity within a mature corn canopy. Small cup anemometers were used to measure speed. An exponential relationship, such as that described by Cionco (1972), was good fit canopy profile, index being approximately 2.2. Relative intensities, measured with hot film anemometer differed somewhat from comparable elsewhere. Values increased progressively depth in Generally, iu>iv>iw.
