摘要: Embodied writing seeks to reveal the lived experience of body by portraying in words finely textured and evoking sympathetic resonance readers. Introduced into research endeavor an effort describe human experienceand especially transpersonal experiencesmore closely how they are truly lived, embodied is itself act embodiment, entwining our senses with world. This article describes collaborative efforts faculty students over a five-year period develop as alternative or adjunct conventional report often found wanting body's full experience. Seven distinctive features described illustrated examples. On-going studies using means collecting data, motivating participants, reporting findings explored. The author concludes reflections on nature lessons learned developing writing.
