摘要: Embodied writing seeks to reveal the lived experience of body by portraying in words finely textured and evoking sympathetic resonance readers. Introduced into research endeavor an effort describe human experienceand especially transpersonal experiencesmore closely how they are truly lived, embodied is itself act embodiment, entwining our senses with world. This article describes collaborative efforts faculty students over a five-year period develop as alternative or adjunct conventional report often found wanting body's full experience. Seven distinctive features described illustrated examples. On-going studies using means collecting data, motivating participants, reporting findings explored. The author concludes reflections on nature lessons learned developing writing.
