La3+ as impurity ions for the synthesis of β-NaLuF4 nanocrystals with high luminance and small size

摘要: Abstract Size-tunable (5–70 nm) and UCL-tunable β-NaLuF4 NCs were synthetized by doping impurity ions under thermolysis conditions. With the increase of (La3+) concentration, sizes decreased gradually, shapes changed from irregularity to regularity again. For 10 mol% La3+ sample, have characteristics monodispersity, self-assembly, small size (about 18 nm) high luminescence efficiency, which may potential applications in biomedical sciences.
