摘要: Dermanyssus gallinae is an important ectoparasite of laying hens in Europe and it suspected being a vector pathogens. We carried out vitro study to evaluate the role D. as Salmonella enterica subsp. serotype Enteritidis. Two means infecting mite were tested: through blood meal after cuticular contact. Mites became carriers immediately infection with 29% 53%, respectively, for oral route This percentage increased over time until reached 95% (D7) 80% (D14). The numerical identification bacteria on selective medium SM ID demonstrated multiplication inside previously infected mites. In addition, transovarial passage well transstadial (from N1 N2 stages) demonstrated. Moreover, observation negative effect oviposition was also observed. Finally, mites able contaminate during meal. Therefore, appears that may act biological S. Enteritidis under experimental conditions. It represent suitable environment development could be additional factor persistence salmonellosis between successive flocks.
