摘要: A system and a method for determining whether an ultrasonic horn is aligned with anvil of welding are provided. The first second accelerometer sensors generate signals indicative accelerations positions on bracket coupled to the when vibrating contacting anvil. further includes microprocessor that receives signals. determines difference between amplitude signal at time time. stores identifier value in memory device indicating if less than or equal threshold value.
