摘要: PURPOSEThe purpose of this study was to investigate the effect acitretin on development keratotic skin lesions, and squamous cell carcinomas basal in a group renal transplant recipients.PATIENTS AND METHODSForty-four recipients with more than 10 lesions hands forearms were enrolled onto randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial test possible cancer-preventing 6-month treatment 30 mg/d.RESULTSNo deterioration function occurred any 38 assessable patients treated.
