摘要: Objective: Safety net health care centers in the US serve vulnerable and underinsured females. The primary aim of this work was to determine if HPV4 dosing compliance differs between females who receive doses at rural vs. urban core safety locations. Methods: Females exclusively receiving Truman Medical Center (TMC) system locations were identified by their vaccine records. Dates number as well age, gravidity, parity race/ethnicity recorded from electronic medical record (EMR). Appropriate intervals referenced literature. Results: 1259 females, 10–26 years received vaccination either (23%) or location (77%). At location, 23% three on time, equal 24% core. seen more likely on-time doublet than triplet (82% 67%, p,0.001). Mistimed occurred equally often among only two doses, those doses. Conclusions: Compliance with dose completion low clinics, but did not differ location.
