摘要: Single crystals of $Bi_2V0_{5.5}$ (BiV) which is n = 1 member Aurivillius family oxides, have been grown by slowly cooling the melts prereacted compound. The dielectric, pyroelectric and ferroelectric properties studied along c - axis as a function temperature first time. Curie (720 K) these single confirmed pyroelectric, specific heat hysteresis loop studies. dielectric data obtained well beyond 720 K confirm that BiV undergoes yet another crystallographic transition at 827 K. figures merit from point view different applications calculated 300 combining thermal properties.
