摘要: This paper describes and generalises experiences from two cases of production system development in the Swedish context. We have observed successful application ergonomics to be related lack coordination human factors across groups responsible for different stages design process. problem is magnified by tendency ‘ergonomics’ responsibility Human Resources departments who are distanced they process, rather than engineering teams directly engaged design. Available tools improve integration considerations into process briefly presented discussed.
