摘要: The grey wolf (Canis lupus) is the natural host of many parasites. These animals travel quite long distances to search for prey and nests, causing parasites spread over large areas; therefore, determination carried by wolves important. In this study, we used both morphological molecular methods parasitological identification helminth species. For purpose, material obtained after necropsy was examined macroscopic, microscopic, (multiplex PCR DNA sequencing) methods. No pathological lesions were detected in macroscopic examination trachea, lungs, heart, liver, spleen, stomach, kidneys. collected from intestines diaphragm muscles identified as Taenia hydatigena, Mesocestoides litteratus Trichinella britovi. aim study determine species a dead wildlife. To best our knowledge, with britovi first time Turkey.
