摘要: The ability of the ligninolytic fungus Trametes trogii to degrade in vitro different xenobiotics (PCBs, PAHs and dyes) was evaluated. Either 200 ppm a PCB mixture (Aroclor 1150) or 160 an industrial PAH (10% V/V PAHs, principal components hexaethylbenzene, naphthalene, 1-methyl acenaphthylene, anthracene, fluorene phenanthrene), were added trophophasic idiophasic cultures growing nitrogen limited mineral medium (glucose/asparagine) complex (malt extract/glucose). Gas-liquid chromatography proved that within 7 12 d more than 90% organopollutants removed. decrease absorbance at 620 nm demonstrated this able transform 80% dye Anthraquinone-blue (added concentration 50 ppm) 1.5 h. Enzyme estimations indicated high activity laccase (up 0.55 U/mL), as well lower production manganese-peroxidase. Laccase activity, detected all conditions assayed, could be implicated degradation these organopollutants. Considering results obtained, T. seems promising for detoxification.
