摘要: Abstract Graphene oxide (GO) synthesized by simple green wet chemical process in a suspension of ZnO (zinc oxide) nanocrystals to fabricate the ethylene glycol performs as reducer and modifying agent system. The as-obtained products were characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), energy-dispersive (EDS), cyclic voltammetry (CV), photoluminescence (PL), photocatalytic studies. XRD studies indicate that GO nanosheet has same crystal structure found hexagonal form ZnO. enhanced spectrum 2-D bands confirmed formation single-layer GOs. gradual reduction GO:ZnO ethanol was studied using XPS. nanoscale structures observed HRTEM. elemental composition, especially Al concentration distribution them with various number layers determined from EDS. current-voltage measurements showed electrical sheets resistance decreased increasing irradiation exposure time. PL properties be dependent on growth condition, resultant morphology revealed nanosheets highly transparent visible region. performance nanocomposites performed under UV irradiation. Therefore, composite could applied consequently tuning conductivity nanosheet.
