摘要: Gastric adenocarcinoma (GAC) imposes a considerable health burden around the world. Gene variation in prostate stem cell antigen gene (PSCA) has been identified to be associated with GAC risk, while results showed regional variation. To explore influence of PSCA on its expression and risk Northwest Chinese population, four single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were genotyped 476 cases 481 controls using MassARRAY system. Two SNPs rs2294008 (C>T) rs2976392 (G>A) risk. rs2294008, rs10216533 made up two statistically significant haplotypes (Hap-CGG Hap-TAG). Additionally, was analyzed by quantitative real time PCR, immunohistochemistry tissue microarray. The that decreased tissues compared adjacent normal tissues. For tissues, higher Hap-TA than Hap-CG. differentiation degree distribution multiple human organs disparity. These suggest potential effect population.
