摘要: Abstract Ring closing metathesis (RCM) reactions of suitable substrates having terminal olefins, which are assembled from various linkers and hydroxy benzaldehydes syntheses a wide range 16–30 membered, new crown ether-type polyether, aza-polyether, bis aza-polyether macrocycles dilactone moiety embedded polyether (macrolides) reported. After the ring-closure reaction, installation different functional groups group modification on periphery synthesized polyether/crown ether obtained in RCM accomplished using epoxidation, oxidation catalytic hydrogenation-based synthetic transformations. Along this line, variety possessing epoxide or α-hydroxy ketone 1,2-diol functionalities at have been shown. Furthermore, functionality installed were subjected to allylation Reformatsky type obtain homoallyl alcohol moiety-based lactone ring-appended macrocycles.
