摘要: Recent analyses have questioned the usefulness of heterozygosity estimates as measures inbreeding coefficient (f), a finding that may dramatic consequences for management endangered populations. We confirm f and is poorly correlated in wild highly inbred wolf population. Yet, our data show each level f, it was most heterozygous wolves established themselves breeders, selection process seems to decelerated loss population despite steady increase f. The markers contributing positive relationship between breeding success were found be located on different chromosomes, but there substantial amount linkage disequilibrium population, indicating are reflecting over relatively wide genomic regions. Following results we recommend programs populations include both heterozygosity, they contribute with complementary information about viability.
