摘要: This paper describes a new method for the preparation of sodium 4-[5-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-oxo-penta-1,4-dienyl]-2-methoxy-phenolate, DM-1, and 3-oxo-penta-1,4-dienyl-bis (2-methoxy-phenolate), DM-2. The aim this work was to evaluate antitumor effects DM-1 in adjuvant chemotherapy breast cancer treatment. Mice bearing mammary adenocarcinomas (Ehrlich ascites tumors) were treated with paclitaxel alone, + DM-1. Tumor samples used perform cytological analysis by Papanicolaou apoptosis annexin V phosphorylated caspase 3. group had decreased tumor areas volumes, frequency metastasis significantly reduced. caused decrease cachexia, which is usually tumor. Furthermore, treatment alone increased occurrence up 40% cells, 35% more than alone. cell death mainly through 3 (11% increase compared group), as confirmed reduced malignancy criteria ascitic fluid. emerges potential may act an chemotherapy, enhancing drug activity side effects.
