摘要: The theme of the thesis is model syntheses and structure elucidation polyketides investigation biosynthesis Mimosin. divided thereby into three sections. first section concerns itself with polyketides. reason was to forecast kind cyclization open polyketide chains. It could be shown that more strongly preferred hemiketals than pyrons-rings. second bacteria Streptomyces sp.106 which showed active compounds in a screening. work included fermentation bacteria, isolation metabolites spectroscopic methods. turned out it product representative substance class polyene macrolids. two main components identified as new macrolid (32) Rimocidin (33), differ side chain. third investigates feeding experiments 13C- lysine gave an incorporation label chain Mimosin (40). For further 18O- oxygen plant cell cultures leucaena leucocephala were developed.
