摘要: A survey of 15 swine herds ranging in size from approximately 200 to 2,000 head central Thailand was conducted determine the prevalence pseudorabies (PR) region and infection rate within herds. All had been routinely vaccinated with gI deletion mutant modified live virus PR vaccines. Sera individual pigs were tested for specific antibodies both blocking ELISA indirect ELISA. Fourteen (93·3%) found be infected wild type virus. The these 14 more than 20% 10 (71·0%) ranged 2·1 15·6% remaining 4 per cent agreement between assays 99·3% all field sera tested. This high level epitope multiple indicates that tests can used equal efficacy it is unlikely strains could go undetected by exist Thailand.
