摘要: Abstract The effects of a special topological transformation on the energy levels, far-infrared spectra and magnetization one electron inside semiconductor nanoring under magnetic fields are studied. We have called this as bipartition , it is defined by change in ring structure, when its shape changed successively from single oval-shaped loop up to quasi-two disconnected loops. Our results show that course such low-lying energies dependencies with multiple crossovers between them, typical for free rotation along an almost circular loop, converted into set non-crossing double plaits related sub-barrier tunneling strongly non-circular quasi-local state. Also, we find during restructuring nanostructures selection rules dipole transitions allowing appearance additional peaks FIR spectrum.
