摘要: Objective: Left ventricular regional synchrony can be analyzed by three-dimensional echocardiography (3D Echo) as well tissue Doppler imaging (TDI). The aim of the study was to compare left assessment both methods. Methods: A prospective 59 patients (36 males, mean age 50 years ± 11 years), 39 with normal cardiac anatomy and eletrocardiography (group 1), 20 dilated cardiomyopathy wide QRS 2). Patients underwent 3D echocardiographic quantification ejection fraction (LVEF), volumes percentage dyssynchrony index (DI) 6, 12 16 segments. By TDI we measured QS electromechanical interval in basal segment mitral valve annulus septum, lateral, anterior inferior walls, (%). statistical analysis performed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient, 95% CI, p < 0.05, linear regression equation Bland Altman test. Results: In group, coefficient (r) for DI 6 0.5142, = 0.001; DI, r 0.41 10, 0.009, 0.3761, 0.018. 0.3920, 0.047; 0.1344, 0.572; 0.1105, 0.643. Conclusion: groups, a poor observed Echo Doppler.
