Electronic transport in strongly anisotropic disordered systems: Model for the random matrix theory with noninteger β

摘要: We study numerically electronic transport in strongly anisotropic weakly disordered two-dimensional systems. find that the conductance distribution is Gaussian. The fluctuations increase when anisotropy becomes stronger. statistics of parameters can be interpreted by random matrix theory with a noninteger symmetry parameter β. Our results are good agreement recent theoretical work K. A. Muttalib and J. R. Klauder [Phys. Rev. Lett. 82, 4272 (1999)].
