摘要: Islet culture prior to transplantation is a standard practice in many centers. Nevertheless, the abundant islet mass loss and function impairment during this serum-deprivation period restrain success of transplantation. In present study, we used natural biomaterial derived product, amniotic membrane extract (AME), as medium supplementation pretransplant cultivation investigate its protective effect on survival underlying mechanisms, well engraftment outcome islets following AME treatment. Results showed that improved viability function, decreased apoptosis serum-deprived culture. This was associated with increased phosphorylation PI3K/Akt MAPK/ERK signaling pathway. Moreover, stressed were pre-treated into diabetic mice revealed better blood glucose control graft survival. conclusion, could improve promote transplantation, at least partially through increasing
