摘要: The cubic II-VI systems HgTe, CdTe and ZnTe are extremely interesting technologically 8 materials with many applications such as infrared well quantum electronics devices 9 (Konig et al.,2006; Roth al., 2009; Brune 2011; Zholudev 2013; Orlita 2014). 10 phonon frequencies of these alloys belong to the far-infrared region investigation 11 their spectra was one more important problem in spectroscopy during 12 70-th years. temperature dependence HgTe-mode binary 13 ternary HgCdTe (MCT) HgZnTe (MZT) has been subject an intense 14 debate last three decades (Ipatova 1967; Hart 1970; Baars & Sorgers, 1972; 15 Amirtharaj 1990; Rath 1995; Biao 1996; Kozyrev Schall 16 2001; Delin Kluner, 2002; Sheregii Polit 2010), due contradictory results 17 regarding particular abnormal shift HgTe-like TO-phonon frequency. 18 latter is opposite normal frequency alkali 19 compounds most semiconductors. In fact, 20 increases when while associated a 21 crystal lattice expansion, be opposite: decreases 22 raised. 23
