摘要: During the 20th century, dramatic changes in telecommunications and computing have emerged as a result of major banks we observed Electronic banking systems made ​​it possible for user to do all their bank affairs through landline, mobile phone (WAP), automated teller machines (ATM) or Internet quickly easily. In order be able attract customers e-banking, must ensure them about it. Regarding influence multiple variables on adoption it is necessary examine influence. The main objective this study analyze level customers' electronic services Sinai bank. Statistical population research were costumers (those having credit cards) Research method correlation type, which analyzed by using questionnaires, statistical analysis hypotheses between under study. For data collection, questionnaire used similar studies was after making amendments them. alpha calculated 79%, indicates high reliability validity used. Among descriptive variables, internet has highest positive meaningful with intention e-banking future gender lowest future. Variables relatives' influence, accessibility, services, compatibility, family colleagues profitability, friends, social status, readiness had respectively. Also, concluded that E-services system Bank increased adoption. Lack accessible points unfamiliarity influences customer negatively. Results show variable justifying purpose are increasing points; thus, recommended increase access POS ATMs. With regard results, financial institutes should pay attention fact if attitude they will use services.
