摘要: Studies have been demonstrated that vitamin C (ascorbic acid) exhibit the protective role of vin in certain types cancer. Rat glial tumor cells also shown N-acetyltransferase activity. In this study, we reported effects on arylamine (NAT) activity and DNA adduct formation rat cell line (C6 glioma). The NAT was measured by high performance liquid chromatography assaying for amounts acetylated 2-aminofluorene p-aminobenzoic acid nonacetylated p-amonibenzoic acid. C6 glioma were used examining gene expression 2-aminofluorene-DNA formation. results inhibited decreased a dose-dependent manner. But did not affect examined cells. apparent kinetic parameters (apparent values Km Vmax) from determined with or without cotreatment. data indicated Vmax
